Established in 2022, it was envisioned as a sanctuary for wine connoisseurs and discerning diners, blending fine dining with an exceptional cellar. While primarily a members’ retreat, Cork Elite occasionally opens its doors to the public for curated dining experiences and private events, reflecting the Cork Group’s more than a decade of expertise in wine retail, importation, and premium dining concepts in the Philippines.

Inside, Cork Elite offers a refined gastronomic journey where premium ingredients meet contemporary Filipino flair. The menu draws from the country’s abundant local produce, meats, and seafood, often paired with artisanal products from across the archipelago.

At the helm is Head Chef Gino Jesus Catalon, an award-winning talent celebrated for his inventive approach to Filipino cuisine. With over a decade of experience, including his time at Gallery by Chele and as a culinary instructor at Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila, Chef Gino masterfully bridges tradition and innovation, presenting seasonal creations that harmonize beautifully with Cork Elite’s extensive wine list.
Guests can savor signature course menus, including the 7-Course Filipino Menu, a year-round culinary journey that evolves with quarterly menu changes. Each course celebrates local flavors elevated through modern techniques, with every dish thoughtfully paired with a curated cocktail or wine to create a harmonious dining experience. Just add +Php 1,500 for a cocktail pairing.

For those dining à la carte, standout dishes include the crispy Chicharon Bulaklak sourced from Cebu, an exquisite Charcuterie Board of imported jamón and cheeses, a 48-Hour Sourdough Pizza with complex flavors and airy texture, and the show-stopping Cochinillo—roasted Spanish-style with a Visayan twist.

Cork Elite also offers a versatile venue for private gatherings, with a seated dining capacity of up to 80 guests or 150 for cocktail setups. Elegant private rooms, each named after renowned wine regions, provide an intimate backdrop for celebrations or business meetings.
These private rooms range from Php 30,000 to Php 50,000 consumable on food and beverage and can sit from a maximum of six persons or up to 12 persons.
With a smart casual dress code, an 18-and-above policy for the main dining area, and a corkage policy for outside wines, the restaurant ensures an exclusive yet welcoming atmosphere.
