  • The Beef Bar in Alabang: An Upscale Steakhouse in the South
  • The Beef Bar is a fine dining spot to visit in Southern Metro Manila, blending elevated steakhouse favorites, stylish interiors, and a laid-back vibe perfect for the Alabang crowd!

Founded by Carolina Macasaet, daughter of Melo’s Steakhouse founder, the late Carmelo “Melo” Santiago, and her husband Paul Macasaet, this new spot in Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang has a sophisticated vibe with a chic industrial design, thanks to its tastefully decorated interior, leather seats, and amber lighting that makes it ideal for romantic dates, intimate celebrations, and other special occasions.

As the name implies, The Beef Bar offers an enticing beef-centric menu centered around premium cuts and a range of appetizers and sides that elevates classic steakhouse staples.

Diners can start off their meal with Fried Oysters and Bone Marrow (Php 750) with toasted fats that pair well with the steak selections.

For something light and refreshing, they may opt for the Burrata Orange Caprese Salad, a combination of burrata, orange slices, and various greens that offset the richness of the mains.

Speaking of, their star dishes include The Beef, a 500g Certified Angus Beef served with steak rice and The Boss (Php 3,500), a 700-800g Australian Porterhouse, perfect for sharing.

The Steak And Enoki Frites brings together tender Certified Angus Beef tenderloin and crispy enoki mushroom fries. The latter add a crunch, umaminess, and a hint of earthiness, perfectly complementing the steak.
