    Led by Chef Miko Calo, the restaurant showcases a simple, straightforward menu filled with creative and refined dishes such as the Foei Gras Tacos featuring pan-seared duck foei gras, onion crisps, chipotle-muscovado caramel, served on buckwheat tortilla.
