Among Brujo’s beers is the Black Rice Lager (Php 320), a light and crisp lager with subtle nuttiness. Brewed using Philippine black rice and koji, it offers a straightforward lager profile with added depth from its ingredients. For a lighter option, the Adlai Lager (Php 295) is refreshing with a smooth finish. The Citra IPA (Php 320) follows a classic IPA profile, combining clean citrus flavors with balanced bitterness.

To pair with the beers, the Chicharrón (Php 310) is prepared fresh and served with Brujo’s house blendof kamias and chili powder, adding sour and spicy notes to the crisp pork.
