Renowned restaurateur and chef J. Gamboa of Cirkulo, Tsukiji, and MilkyWay restaurants brought in Chef Kanjana as the chef de cuisine for the restaurant.
Chef Kanjana is a highly-experienced chef with over 20 years of experiencing in the kitchen and has worked at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, Metropolitan Hotel Bangkok and Jumeriah Beach Hotel Dubai.

Among their recommended dish is Crispy Pork with stir-fried Kale, a soy sauce-based dish with crisp pork lying on a bed of steamed kale and Mango Sticky Rice Ice Cream Sundae for dessert enthusiasts.
