Vina Trang Cuisine in Makati: A Taste of Vietnam Rooted in Heritage and Heart
Since its humble beginnings in 2016, Vina Trang Cuisine has grown into one of the most celebrated Vietnamese restaurants in the Philippines. Founded with a deep respect for the culinary traditions of Dalat City, Vietnam, the restaurant is the realization of a family legacy.
The founders, inspired by the exquisite dishes and famed Vietnamese coffee prepared by their parents, sought to bring the same authenticity and soul to Filipino diners.

The journey of Vina Trang Cuisine began in the heart of Makati City, inside the Zuellig Building’s food court along bustling Ayala Avenue. There, a modest banh mi booth captured the attention of busy city dwellers, selling an impressive 250 sandwiches in a single day.
Encouraged by this overwhelming response, the founders took a leap and opened their first dine-in location in a small apartment in San Antonio Village, Makati. With the introduction of homemade beef pho, fresh and fried spring rolls, and the ever-popular banh mi, the restaurant quickly gained a loyal following.
