Every course is carefully crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques that highlight the natural flavors of each component. More than just a meal, kaiseki is a dining experience that reflects harmony, craftsmanship, and respect for nature, allowing guests to savor luxury Japanese dining in its most graceful and authentic form.

Kyo-to exclusively offers a kaiseki dining experience, priced at Php 8,500+ per person, and does not serve à la carte dishes. This curated approach allows the chef to fully express his artistry in every plate.

Behind the kaiseki is no other than Chef Ryohei Kawamoto, who trained for 10 years at a high-class Japanese restaurant and has made his name in the Philippines by serving at the ambassador’s residence in Manila for three and a half years!

When dining at Kyo-to, guests may choose the Chef’s Counter, which seats up to 8 guests and offers an intimate front-row view of the kaiseki experience. From this vantage point, diners can witness the Chef Kawamoto’s precise techniques, thoughtful plating, and careful attention to detail as each course is prepared and presented, turning the meal into a quiet performance.

For a more intimate dining experience, guests may opt for VIP Rooms 4 and 5, each designed to seat 2 to 4 guests comfortably. When the partition between the two rooms is opened, the space transforms into a larger private area that can accommodate 8 to 10 guests, making it ideal for small gatherings or quiet celebrations while still maintaining a sense of exclusivity.

When combined, these rooms create a spacious and comfortable private dining area that can host up to 18 to 20 guests, making it ideal for business meetings, family celebrations, or special occasions that call for a more exclusive setting.
