Access to electricity has been a constant problem in the Philippines, especially in remote areas such as Apayao, Benguet. In 2014, the Australian Government, in partnership with the People’s Organization for Social Transformation Development Network, Inc. On the second day of the senate hearing regarding the alleged extrajudicial killings (EJK), Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald Dela Rosa reported the number of crimes in July 2016, which was significantly lower compared to last year.
