Number Coding Scheme to be extended on Nov 1, more roads added

More changes are coming to the Number Coding Scheme for November as the Metro Manila Council (MMC), through the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr), expands the coverage of the “no window hours” policy to include 18 more roads as well as extending the covered hours to 8:00 pm.
