And as to escalate the excitement towards the rich French fare while observing the season of love, La Mere Poulard Manila is adding a new dish to its lavish table d’hôte.
Modified by Head Chef Clement Marc Pierre Damotte, the new Surf and Turf Cocotte (Php 850) is a serving of smoked bacon with beef tenderloin and shrimp enriched in Burgundy sauce with cream, potatoes, and tomatoes.
