Docukit Archiving to Streamline Your Office Processes

The latest workshop by E-Copy Corporation was held to introduce the software functions and to show how it could archive and backup important files, happened on November 27, 2018 at the Cromagen Building, Pioneer Street, Pasig City.
Workshops are held quarterly and are attended by representatives of different companies from various industries
The workshop introduced Docukit as a robust document management system that enables a printer’s Multi-Function Display (MFD) with full archiving features. The purpose is to use the office copier into a hardware that not only can copy, print, scan but also archive documents.

The workshop was held in Pasig City

Metadata is an important factor in archiving and is thoroughly explained during the workshops
Metadata, or the information describing the document, is captured in two ways through Docukit: Image Level Metadata, which may pertain to the date and time of upload, the name of the operator; and the Business Process Metadata, where users can find and file by document type, the encoded last name, and address within the document.
