From last month’s feature of Hakodate, a city in the nothernmost island of Japan, we embark next for the opposite end-to a prefecture in kyushu, the country’s southernmost island. For this issue, we are joined by Filipina lifestyle journalist Marie Lozano and Japanese host Kaz Sawamura as we turn the spotlight on Kumamoto, a prefecture of rich cultural and historical heritage, with so many gastronomic discoveries to look forward to!
