    Set within a beautifully preserved Spanish-colonial mansion in the Plaza San Luis complex, this beloved establishment transports guests back to the 18th-century era of ilustrados, complete with carved wooden furnishings, crystal chandeliers, and sweeping period details.

    From the moment you step in, you’re greeted by staff clad in traditional Filipino attire, adding both charm and authenticity to the experience. Barbara’s boasts a dual cuisine offering—classic Filipino and Spanish-inspired fare, alongside select European dishes.

    Barbara’s Heritage Restaurant offers a delightful buffet-style dining experience for both lunch and dinner. On weekdays, guests can enjoy a hearty lunch buffet for Php 1,320, while the dinner buffet, enhanced by a captivating cultural show, is priced at Php 1,650.

    On weekends, the lunch buffet begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by a cultural performance at 12:15 p.m. Meanwhile, the daily dinner buffet kicks off at 6:30 p.m., with the cultural show starting at 7:15 p.m., providing a feast for both the palate and the senses.

    The cultural show features Filipino folk dances from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, accompanied by live traditional music. It lasts up to 45 minutes to 1 hour, including the audience participation and greetings portion.

    Open daily from morning till night, it’s wise to reserve a table in advance, especially if you want a ringside seat for the performance .
