Boracay to El Nido, Palawan flights now available
Two of the world’s best islands, Boracay and El Nido, are now connected via an AirSwift flight starting March 19.
According to an article published by Rappler, boutique airline AirSwift made its maiden flight in March 17 as it flew passengers from Lio Airport in El Nido, Palawan to Godofredo Ramos Airport in Caticlan. The flight lasts about 45 minutes long, and is available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. An introductory round trip airfare of P6,000 is available that flies from El Nido, to Caticlan, and back to El Nido.
As per the report, Caticlan Airport Manager Cesar Chong “was very happy to receive this development just right in time for the completion of its expanded airport infrastructure.”
Both Boracay and Palawan have consistently placed in international travel magazine Conde Nast Traveller’s lists of World’s Best Islands in the World.
