    The Manila Bulletin

    It is the first newspaper company in the Philippines to go public.  As of date, it is the oldest newspaper published in the country and the second oldest English newspaper in the Far East.  It started as a commercial newspaper, publishing advertisements of shipping companies. The broad sheet, Manila Bulletin, is published seven days a week.
