You can choose courses ranging from the ones that can just let you enjoy your lifestyle and those that can turn you into a professional chef. Moreover, various kinds of contests are held to examine the students’ talent in cooking.

On 2012, Global Academy, in cooperation with Japan Foundation, held an event to introduce Wagashi (Japanese Sweets) inside the school, which was shot by the media.
