Their pugon offerings, on the other hand, are hearty meats cooked over an oven or furnace (pugon). Among Friends and Family’s pugon specials are Lechon Baboy (pork) and Lechon Baka (beef) with a special sauce and atchara (pickled green papaya) on the side.
