The brand continues to expand its presence internationally, opening its first store in the Philippines at OPUS Mall, Bridgetowne Estate in Quezon City, uplifting the local coffee scene with its unrivaled dedication to craftsmanship and community.

    Bringing with it the unmistakable Melbourne coffee experience, this newest cafe offers signature drinks and unique menu items that are hard to find elsewhere.

    ST. ALi’s menu is a carefully curated selection of crowd favorites from their Melbourne flagship location, including the much-loved Barista Breakfast and Coco Mingle, a refreshing coconut-based beverage. In addition to these signature items, the café also offers exclusive dishes only available in Manila, making this the perfect destination for both coffee lovers and foodies.

    For starters, you may try their Turkish Eggs made of poached eggs and served with peshwari naan, herb labneh, pepita & sunflower seeds, and ST. ALi chili oil. For a taste of Japan on your plate, you may also try their Tokyo Omelette with smoked eel, pickled enoki mushroom, and nori & bonito flake butter.
