  • Muchos, Boracay’s hottest Latin American Kitchen and Bar, delivers a lot of flavor and zing to the island’s famed shores.

While this fresh hotspot by Station 1’s beachfront opened its doors in March 2022, it has quickly become one of Boracay’s bounce-back beacons—reviving the island’s vibrance, injecting post-pandemic freshness, and offering superb sensorial pleasures and great eats.

Authentic Latin Flavors, Made from Scratch

Muchos veers away from typical tex-mex fare and embraces the Latin vibe with mucho gusto. Every dish is handcrafted with amor y cuidado (love and care). Corn tortillas are pressed by hand, sauces are made from scratch, and recipes stay true to the rich culinary traditions of Brazil, Peru, Mexico, the Caribbean, and beyond.

It’s this dedication to authenticity that has earned Muchos a reputation for serving the best tacos and birria tacos in Boracay, while curating the island’s largest selection of tequila and mezcal for an unforgettable agave experience.

One of their signature dish is their Street Tacos Mexico (Php 180 each), a street-style tacos with hand-pressed corn tortillas and authentic flavors like Pollo, Gambas, and Lengua.

Their Gambas Quinotto (Php 470) is prawns in chimichurri sauce on creamy tricolor quinoa risotto, finished with kesong puti (white cheese).

Among its many flavor-packed offerings, a few standouts shine:

    • Beef and Queso Birria Taco (Php 480) – Slow-cooked beef and cheese topped with fresh white onions, served with a rich birria consommé for dipping (3 pcs).
    • Ceviche Clasico (Php 390) – Catch-of-the-day fish in a fiery yellow habanero pepper dressing with lime, red onion, and cilantro.
    • Dulce de Leche Torrejas (Php 400) – Honduras-style French toast layered with dulce de leche custard, watermelon, and bananas.

    A Feast for the Senses

Beyond the plate, Muchos keeps the island vibe alive with Friday serenades, sunset hangs, and Latin dance nights, shaking up the usual bar scene and creating unforgettable memories. And with its prime beachfront location, guests can sip handcrafted margaritas while gazing at Boracay’s legendary sunsets.

Muchos has become an easy fave of island regulars who want that extra TLC when it comes to food and service—a luxury on an island that’s often too busy for that personal touch.

This, according to Muchos’ restaurateur couple Patrick and Shria Florencio, is what truly sets Muchos apart: its standing belief that “everyone deserves nourishing food and excellent service”.

At this Latin kitchen-bar, everything is always a little extra—because islanders deserve Muchos of the good life.

Whether you’re in the mood for soulful tacos, a tequila flight, or a night of music and dance, Muchos is where Boracay meets Latin America—one hand-pressed tortilla and mezcal sip at a time.
