If you want to eat Italian food in Boracay, visit the very famous Aria! This is a restaurant that serves authentic dishes made by Chef Gino, who is an executive chef from Italy.

Customers won’t get bored eating in Aria because it has a weekly and monthly special menu. Moreover, it also uses fresh seafood from Boracay, ham, tomatoes and other ingredients that are imported from Italy.

Aria’s recommended dish is its Special Asparagus Pasta that has cheese, ham, asparagus, and truffles in homemade fettuccine. The truffles give this dish a wonderful aroma and the rich cheese is well with the al dente pasta and spreads slowly in your mouth.

Various kinds of wine are also available in Aria. Drinking wine while watching the tantalizing sunset of Boracay seems like a perfect way to end your day.
