  • Linamnam MNL in Parañaque: Redefining Modern Filipino Dining
  • Tucked away in a quiet backyard, Linamnam MNL—from the Tagalog word for “delicious” in Parañaque, —offers one of the most intimate and innovative dining experiences in Manila.

Since opening in August 2018, the restaurant has embraced a private dining format strictly for reservations only with just 10 seats, making each evening feel like an intimate culinary gathering.

The main dining space, a charming bahay kubo built by the chef’s father, creates a warm and rustic setting, while the adjoining open kitchen, once a family gym, sets the stage for an interactive and immersive experience.

Linamnam MNL offers a 11- to 16-course tasting menu, available from Wednesday to Sunday and priced around Php 5,000 to Php 6,500 per person.

The menu changes regularly, guided by seasonality and the availability of indigenous ingredients, ensuring no two visits are ever the same.

Diners are taken through a curated progression of dishes organized into Kagat (bites), Lupa (vegetables), Dagat (seafood), Karne (meat), and Tamis (desserts).

Each category draws from pre-colonial and regional traditions but is presented with a contemporary flair that highlights bold flavors, elegant plating, and modern culinary technique.

    • Kagat (Bites): Small, playful introductions that set the tone of the meal with a taste of Filipino ingenuity.

    • Lupa (Vegetables): Dishes that celebrate local produce, herbs, and earthy flavors.

    • Dagat (Seafood): Fresh, inventive takes on the Philippines’ rich coastal bounty.

    • Karne (Meat): Hearty mains showcasing native proteins, cooked with both heritage and modern techniques.

    • Tamis (Desserts): Sweet endings that reinterpret classic Filipino treats with sophistication.

Linamnam MNL’s strength lies not only in its artistry but in its commitment to telling a Filipino story through food by weaving together indigenous ingredients, time-honored methods, and innovative execution.

Intimate, seasonal, and deeply rooted in tradition, Linamnam MNL redefines what it means to experience Filipino cuisine in the modern era.
