Founded by Japanese baker Yumiko Cruz, the bakery first opened in Silang, Cavite, where it built a reputation for its warm, freshly baked goods, rooted in traditional Japanese baking techniques. What began as a humble neighborhood shop has since grown into a beloved brand recognized for quality, craftsmanship, and flavor.

In 2022, Pan-onymous expanded to Bonifacio Global City (BGC), marking a significant milestone in its journey. The BGC branch has become a bustling hotspot for bread lovers, producing an impressive 800 to 1,000 pieces of bread daily to meet growing demand.

Despite its rising popularity, the bakery continues to uphold the same standards that defined its beginnings: thoughtful preparation, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering simple yet satisfying flavors.

One of Pan-onymous’ defining qualities is its dedication to clean and conscious baking. All items are made using additive-free ingredients, ensuring every bite offers the gentle, honest taste that Japanese breads are known for. Complementing this is the bakery’s use of eco-friendly packaging, reinforcing its commitment to mindful and sustainable practices.

Its menu highlights a selection of classic Japanese favorites, each crafted to perfection. The Melon Pan (Php 90) stands out with its crisp, cookie-like crust and soft, fluffy interior, a comforting treat loved by both children and adults.
