Ingredients:
You may use siopao from other stores
● New Hatchin Japanese Grocery Store siopao
● Sesame oil
Cooking directions:
This is how you flatten a siopao with a spatula
1. Reheat the siopao in a microwave.
2. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, then toast the siopao by flattening it with a spatula.
Tip: If you want to make it nice and crispy, toast it longer in a pan. Mr. Shigeji also suggested that toasted meat bun goes well with spicy soy sauce.

Ingredients:
Any instant noodle will do
● One pack Sara Udon
● Cabbage
● Sesame oil
● Chili oil
● Salt and pepper
Cooking directions:
Use a large bowl when mixing ingredients together
1. Crush the noodles and mix them with shredded cabbage.
2. Add the soup base, sesame oil, and seasonings.
3. You can also add blanched bean sprouts for added crunch.
Tip: If you mix noodles with blanched bean sprouts before serving the dish, you will feel the latter’s crispiness that goes really well with beer.

Fried Chicken Pilaf
Ingredients:
You can use the ones from convenient stores
● 1 cup rice
● 1 piece fried chicken (with bones)
● Gravy
● Pepper, crushed
● Curry powder
● Chopped onion and mixed vegetables (optional)
Cooking directions:
You can actually use a rice cooker in this recipe
1. Cook rice.
2. When the rice is almost cooked, add the chicken, gravy, and vegetables.
3. Mix the curry powder in the chicken rice for extra flavor.
Tip: If you add ketchup, it becomes chicken rice. If you add curry powder, it becomes more like a dry curry!
