Morris Garages: Millennial Cars With a Rich Heritage
Ever wanted to drive home a sleek, British heritage car? Say hello to MG!
MG, or Morris Garages, has been turning heads since its octagonal MG badge was first seen in 1924. Thanks to its official distributor in the Philippines, The Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI), the automotive brand is now locally available for purchase.
The sporty MG6 is the car that spirited drivers will be delighted to bring to their next getaway
MG cars are attainable, offer a high-value proposition, and can serve a variety of personal needs, preferences, and budgets in the Filipino market.
On October 2018, MG Philippines under TCCCI launched three new MG passenger vehicles: the MG RX5 Compact SUV, MG6 fastback sedan, and the MG ZS crossover SUV in the country.

All three MG vehicles feature elegant British design, and the intuitive MG iLink infotainment system with Apple CarPlay. Driver and passenger safety are also heightened with features such as Anti-lock brakes and stability and traction control. Let’s have a closer look at each model:
The new MG RX5 is a compact SUV designed with spacious interiors and higher seating for that eyes-on-the-road safety.
The new MG RX5 has a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine that produces 169 Ps power output and 250 Nm torque.
Meanwhile, the MG ZS features a panoramic sunroof, rigid safety cage, and hill start assist for added driver convenience.
Turn heads on the streets with the MG ZS open Panoramic Sun Roof, “London Eye” headlights, and “Stardust” grille.
Finally, the sporty MG6 fastback sedan features a blade-type multi-link rear suspension for a smooth drive, a flat-bottomed steering wheel with built-in controls, an aggressive fascia, and a stunning two-toned red and black interior.
The stylish interior of the MG 6 has lots of leg room.
But that’s not all, as these three vehicles also include multifunctional controls, ergonomic steering wheel designs, collision protection, and reasonable fuel consumption.
