This cheese by Casa del Formaggio from Negros province is a special cheese made from cow’s milk without added preservatives. Burrata, which means “buttery” in Italian, is made of thin mozzarella and a mixture of stringy mozzarella pieces, and cream. It’s a creamy variety perfect to use for making pizza, salads, and pasta! The Burrata cheese is best eaten immediately at room temperature and removed from its liquid for at least 30 minutes.
