  • LOOK: City of Dreams Manila Opens Four Food Hubs at The Shops at the Boulevard
  • Eyes here, foodies! Once again, City of Dreams Manila lives up to its name as it welcomes four new additions to its luxurious dining landscape in its retail strip, The Shops at the Boulevard. This time, European and Asian cuisines await at the resort and casino at the Entertainment City in Parañaque.

Join us as we give you a tour of four new must-try restaurants inside City of Dreams Manila!

    Rossi Pizza

Described as a trattoria, typically a small restaurant in Italy, Rossi Pizza serves its signature Roman-style pizza, characterized by its light and crispy crust. What makes this special is that it underwent an intensive study in Italy by mixing five different kinds of flour and maturing it in 18 hours of low temperature to achieve the perfect taste and texture.

Complemented with premium ingredients, the Rossi’s Roman-style pizzas are simply to die-for. In fact, Rossi’s chef recommends the Capricciosa pizza topped with prosciutto cotto (ham), champignon (mushrooms),
artichokes, and olives. Next on his list are the classic Margherita with basil and the Quattro Formaggi with parmesan,
    gorgonzola, and taleggio cheeses.

Vegetarians need not worry as Rossi Pizza also serves the Funghi with creamed and roasted mushrooms, vegan textured vegetable protein (TVP), and arugula, as well as the Vegana with eggplants, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion.

Pasta lovers will also delight in their selection of pasta dishes including the Ravioli Con Funghi Selvatici e Parmigiano, a vegetarian dish.
