This February, The City Cub, in partnership with Miyazaki Gyu, celebrates Miyazaki Gyu Beef Festival at Sakura Japanese restaurant. This is a month-long special dinner that features dishes made with tenderness, love for craftsmanship, and care in presenting Miyazaki Wagyu, Japan’s No. 1 meat.

Certified by Japan Meat Grading Association and the Wagyu Registry Association in Japan, the Sakura Japanese restaurant is now offering a great meal for its patrons.

Miyazaki Wagyu is high-quality standard beef. It has received international awards for its degree of marbling, firmness, texture, and fat content quality, including the “Wagyu Olympics” where it bested more than 400 entries from 30 locations two consecutive times over the course of a decade.
