Philippine Harvest Online Lets You Buy Local Produce Delivered at Your Doorstep
With the conditions brought about by COVID-19 in the country, the Department of Tourism (DOT) in partnership with the leading retail group Stores Specialists Inc. (SSI), announced that the Philippine Harvest is now available online to help farmers and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by promoting their local food products while catering to the needs of Filipino consumers.
“With our efforts in taking the Philippine Harvest online, we are showing that COVID–19 will not stop our mission of making locally–sourced food sustainable and available to Filipinos,” says Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat in a press release.

Consisting of 27 local food producers, interested buyers may contact the featured merchants on their social media platforms. The products will be delivered to the clients through various delivery services such as Lalamove and GrabExpress without violating ECQ health measures.
