7 New Milk Tea Shops That Opened Around Manila This 2019
Milk tea has been one of the most popular food trends this year, and that is evident with the long lines at milk tea stalls and the number of new names that opened around Metro Manila. It seems like this food fad has already turned into a staple beverage in the Philippines (and we’re not complaining)!
With that, here is a list of new milk tea shops that opened this 2019.
Chachago
Chachago is a renowned Taiwanese brand that is not just about milk tea. It takes pride in its wide array of quality drinks such as Yakult-based beverages and fruit teas.
You are assured that Chachago used quality ingredients in mixing their signature drinks like the California Mix (Php 140), a refreshing drink featuring the tropical flavors of pineapple, orange, apple, lemon, and calamansi.
Of course, you shouldn’t miss out on trying the popular Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea (Php 140)! You can find branches of Chachago all over the Metro.

Their teas and bubbles are guaranteed fresh and naturally made in-house. They also have an exciting selection of bubbles such as original, brown sugar, ube, peach, strawberry, mango, lychee, collagen, and rainbow low-calorie bubble!
One of the bestsellers is the Lemon Honey Green tea (Php 100), boasting its collagen-infused bubble. Consuming collagen can be an aid in improving skin health and relieving joint pain.

Alishan at The Alley
Alishan milk tea drinks are done organically, containing nutritional features that are advantageous to one’s health. In fact, they are serving gluten and nut-free bubbles.
Try out the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Cheese Brûlée (Php 120/Php 140). This one’s not your ordinary brown sugar milk tea as the glazing is prepared through organic molasses.
On the other hand, their Purple Yam Pearl Milk with Custard Pudding (Php 130/Php 150) is made with organic ube that emphasizes the rich and natural flavor of purple yam.
Alishan at The Alley has several branches around the metro.
