  • Assembly Grounds at The Rise Is an Intimate Community Hub in Makati
  • Establishments that are under the Shang Properties have always had a distinct luxuriousness to them. Added to the list is the two-story Assembly Grounds that is directly connected to The Rise in Makati City.

It is currently on soft opening, but it’s not too far away from October 28, 2019, when all the shops officially open for complete public leisure!

    IMAGE Assembly Grounds

As introduced by Lala Fojas, the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Shangri-La Plaza Corporation, Assembly Grounds is built with the young professionals in mind—the grid that greatly comprises the crowd in North Makati—hence the over-all younger and hipper vibe the mall gives off.

Unlike most malls that beam with unending throng of people because of their vast space and multiple levels, Assembly Grounds offers some sort of intimacy by virtue of its two-story built.

Although it does not stand as stall as the others, it is complete with shops and amenities that will cater to the needs of the crowd it aims to serve.

Assembly Grounds features a variety of dining choices that encompass different cuisines for varying cravings and preferences all located at the mall’s ground floor.

You can get the Anthony Bourdain-acclaimed lechon or roasted pig from Zubu Chon, while Japanese favorites are available at YUKI and Ramen Daisho. You can also try Tong Yang Express for your daily shabu-shabu fix, and Fiery Style for a taste of Texas-Mexican dishes.

Zubu Chon features lechon baboy or roasted pigs cooked manually by means of staking the pigs on bamboo poles and roasting them over charcoal

YUKI serves the finest flavors of Hokkaido through their food choices such as salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches, and Japanese souffle pancakes

Tong Yang Express offers fresh hotpot selections

For pampering needs, you just have to take either the escalator or elevator to see the stalls located on the second floor where the salons and beauty clinics are located.

Give your hair and nails the love they need by paying Nook Salon, and BOHO by Nail Tropics a visit. Your aesthetic needs, on the other hand, will be taken care of by Nisce Skin MediSpa, a veteran in beauty services and the first-ever store of the famed hair removal shop Pink Parlour in the country.

Nook Salon offers services such as massage and waxing, permanent make-up, hair colors and treatments, and whitening and slimming

BOHO by Nail Tropics is the first-ever boho-themed store of Nail Tropics; you can buy different artisan pieces that are displayed inside

From the interiors to the wax, everything is in color pink in Pink Parlour

For the men, Sanbry Men’s Grooming House is an eccentric place to get a haircut. It definitely stands out among other regular barbershops because of its rustic interior featuring a statue of the Virgin Mary as well as a reception area mirroring old-fashioned desks.

Sanbry somehow makes grooming sessions a one-of-a-kind experience because of its eccentric interiors

Moreover, Assembly Grounds make running errands easier with Daiso, True Value, as well as its own branch of BPI.

There is definitely more than what was listed here, so make sure you personally drop by Assembly Grounds at The Rise to see for yourself this brand new community hub!
