Taste Australia Brings Back Australian Navel Oranges to the Philippines
To welcome the citrus season in Manila, Taste Australia, together with Hort Innovation, recently held an exclusive launch event for Australia’s high-quality Navel oranges at the Hilton Manila last July 24, 2019.
Said campaign aims to cement existing trade relations and develop new partnerships, promoting fresh Australian produce in the Philippines.

According to Dianne Phan from Hort Innovation Australia, the Philippines is one of Australia’s top ten export markets for Navel oranges, amounting to 5,000 tons exported every year.
“This is the second year of the Taste Australia campaign running in the Philippines, we are really pleased to share our Navel oranges with Filipino consumers,” added Phan.
Citrus Australia’s Marketing Access Manager David Daniels encourages Filipinos to taste the premium fruit that can be bought at major supermarket chains across Manila.
Navel oranges are at its peak and prime season from now until the month of October.

Taste Australia allows consumers to take advantage of these much loved seasonal sensations, with product branded or promoted under its banner guaranteed to be perfectly ripe, fresh, and sweet.
