For this coming Valentine’s Day, treat yourselves to a Special Menu with a choice of appetizer: either the Cream of Roasted Pumpkin or Gourmet Salad Valentina.

Cream of Roasted Pumpkin is comprised of fresh baby spinach and pumpkin seeds tuiles, while the Gourmet Salad Valentina has meslun leaves, herbed mascarpone, caramelized nuts and green pear drizzled with citrus fruit vinaigrette.

You can never go wrong with the gift of food on Valentine’s Day, so for the main course, choose to have either the Norwegian Salmon or a Trio of Medallions.
