Italian Night at Santis Deli-Cafe

Santis Deli-Cafe in Silang, Cavite, is holding an Italian Night this February 23, Friday, which features a live cooking session by the pasta specialist of Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano.

Various Italian dishes will be served, starting from appetizers, pasta dishes, and mains.

For the Primo Piatti or first course of the meal, Santis Deli-Cafe will be serving Tomato Mozzarella Basil Salad, Poached Chicken with Tuna Sauce, Meditteranean Seafood Salad, Octopus Carpaccio, Assorted Italian Salami and Cottechino Insalata Mista, and Minestrone of Green Vegetables with Tomato Pesto.

For the Piatto Principale or main course, allow yourself to indulge in several dishes like Monkfish Baked in Foil, Osso Bucco di Maiale Cremolata, Lamb Stew in Saffron Sauce, Roast Chicken with Sage, Tortellini Con Funghi, Penne Arrabiata, and Homemade Fettuchini Two Ways.

The festive Italian meal will not be complete without Dolce or desserts. Santis Deli-Cafe will give a sweet finale to your night with Panettone Grillato, Panna Cotta con Limpone, Tiramisu Classico, Connolo con Ricotta, and E Mirtillo Nero.
