    • The tropical beauty of Palawan has once again caught the discerning eyes of international travel experts, particularly the experts of New York-based travel magazine Travel + Leisure.

    Earlier in 2017, Travel + Leisure listed Palawan as one of the 13 places with the clearest blue water in the world, saying that the archipelagic region “feels like it’s a world away” featuring “stunning teal waters teeming with fish and coral reefs and an incredible array of lagoons, coves, and secret beaches.”

    Travel + Leisure also recently recommended El Nido in Palawan as the best beach, along with 14 others, to visit in the first month of 2018.

    In 2017, Palawan has also been recognized by the renowned travel magazine in other categories like “The 2017 World’s Best Islands,” and “The World’s Friendliest Islands.”
