On Thursdays, a glamorous evening at the Mireio Terrace in Raffles Makati awaits, where Champagne and stunning views of the cityscape are the order of the day. Starting January 11, luxuriate in endless pouring of Taittinger champagne and a selection of champagne-inspired cocktails as the sun sets, the sky turns pink at dusk, and the city’s lights shimmer throughout the night.
Have your fill of Champagne and champagne-infused concoctions such as a crisp Orange Sparkle with Champagne and triple sec, garnished with orange peel; along with an aromatic mixture of Champagne, sugar cubes, and Angostura Bitter. All-time favorite beverages include a refreshing Bellini, citrus-flavored Mimosa and fruity Kir Royale. Guests may also opt to enjoy limitless luxe bubbly by the glass.
