  • Not sure if you can bring your pets with you while shopping? Check this list of pet-friendly places in Manila where your furry friends can freely play and stroll around with you.

    However, here’s a friendly reminder: Bringing a pet in public is not always fuss-free and easy, some dogs can behave in public like they understand everything that’s happening around them, but some can’t just keep their cute little bums and paws under control. Because of that, mall operators want you to make sure that before taking your pet out, keep them on a leash or in a carrier, have them wear diaper, and make sure they can behave well in crammed situations in public places. Also, don’t forget to bring a pet travel kit, which includes a poop dispenser, some dog treats and water.

    MALLS AND SHOPPING CENTERS

    SM Malls:

    These SM Supermalls have an expansive gardens and open spaces where your pets are allowed to roam and play around. Just make sure they are wearing a diaper and will behave kindly while in public. Poop bag dispensers and dog food receptacles are even available in SM Mall of Asia.

    Eastwood mall is known as the first pet-friendly mall in the country. For your pets to be allowed to enter the mall, you might want to secure a pet pass that is issued at the concierge desk before you enter.

    As one of the first malls to allow pets in its premises, your furry friends are very much welcome in Power Plant Mall.

    • Bonifacio High Street and Serendra
    Bonifacio Global City, 5th Ave, Taguig

    These two places in Bonifacio Global City is probably one of the most pet-friendly shopping places in Metro Manila. Pets can freely go around Pet Village which houses harshly 50 pet shops, pet grooming centers and pet food and adding in the works stores. Here pets can stroll following their owners and are allowed anywhere without requiring carriers or strollers. So far afield away, Tiendesitas is the most pet-approachable in the middle of postscript malls and shopping centers.)

    PARKS

    What else but parks! A lot of people take their pets in these parks for a morning jog or an afternoon stroll as they are always welcome here anytime, anywhere. Frisbee? Play fetch? No worries! You have the whole spacious area for an active game time with your pet friends!
