AsiaWorld Hospitality offers AHLEI certifications on managerial, executive professions in hospitality industry

The American Hotel Lodging and Educational Institute (AHLEI) is a universally-recognized leader in hospitality certification which supports and encourages the certification of hospitality professionals which includes the areas of hotels, food and beverage establishments, spas, trainers, hospitality educators and hotel suppliers, among the many facets of tourism and hospitality.

In the Philippines, Asia World Hospitality is offering AHLEI certification programmes for managers and executives of the hospitality industry on the areas of revenue, sales and administration via their highly-regarded study materials and exams.

The Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager (CHRM), one of the two certification programme for managers, is designed for revenue managers who must exhibit effective management expertise, practical forecasting techniques and sound judgement.

The other half of this is the Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) designed for sales professionals to help them develop and strengthen their capabilities on marketing and revenue management, as well as their interpersonal skills.

Skills, Tasks and Results Training (START) is a training resource and foundation for Hospitality Skills Certification for five industry professions namely: front desk representative, restaurant server, guestroom attendant, maintenance employee and kitchen cook. START provides the skills and knowledge training objectives with performance assessments to achieve success and recognition for the job.
