  • Last May 21, Chef Markus Dybwad held a one-night-only dinner event at I’m Angus Steakhouse called Seafood Night. Guests from all over the metro visited Dining at Yakal to experience “The Best of Norway.” The night was filled with cocktails, overflowing champagne, and an exquisite 5 course menu paired with delectable wines.

    Chef Markus is the former junior sous chef of Fat Duck, a 3-Michelin star restaurant of Heston Blumenthal in the United Kingdom.
