As of press time, Rodrigo Duterte is the leading presidential candidate which has over 15 million votes, who is now presumed to be the next PH President. According to interviews, Duterte promised that he will only give a 5-minute speech, and was quoted to want the oath-taking to happen in Malacañang Palace and keep the number of guests as low as 150.
