    A budding chef at Berkshire’s 3 Michelin starred restaurant, The Fat Duck, Chef Dybwad will be preparing a five-course meal for both lunch and dinner from May 18 to 23.  There is no doubt that bigger and better plates will be sent out from the kitchen this year.  Since traditional Norwegian cuisine is popular for their take on seafood dishes, he will be incorporating this and a bit of South East Asian flavor in his dishes.
