  • Being more than just a Japanese restaurant, Ikomai has been a ground for people from all walks of life to connect through great conversations while requiring them to indulge in its Japanese gourmet comfort and street food.

    And this meeting only becomes more stimulating with Ikomai’s series of hideout sessions like the Wine Sessions last May and The Beatles Tribute Band last July.

    This coming November 20, Tuesday, Ikomai will once again set the entertainment through its Hideout Live Sessions featuring the legendary guitarist Noli Aurillo.

    Aurillo is regarded as one of the greatest and multi-talented acoustic guitarists the Philippines has ever produced. He is an arranger and a freelance sessionist with session work together with big names in the music industry like Skarlet Brown, Side-A, Lou Bonnevie, Mishka Adams, Johnoy Danao, Glaiza De Castro, and the folk-rock iconic group Asin wherein he earned the Best Musical Arranger award at the prestigious Awit Awards in 2002.

    Guests will surely be moved by the modal improvisation echoes of flamenco, free jazz, blues, and folk rock Aurillo is well known for, spending the Tuesday jazz night with good music and satisfying eats.
