    The Art of Living extends their invitation to everyone to participate in their main event Yoga for Peace on June 21, 2015 to be held at the Art of Living Center, Antel 2000 Bldg., 121 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM in the evening. The event is free of charge.

    SPREADING THE PEACE. The Art of Living Philippines is an active proponent of peace and believes that it comes from within.

    AN INNER SPACE. The Art of Living Philippines plans to host a group meditation event, planning to invite as many people as possible in their studio.

    Yoga for Peace is in line with the celebration of June 21 being the ‘International Day of Yoga’ as declared by the United Nations. It is spearheaded by Art of Living Philippines Head of Special Projects Charmaine Cu-unjieng, trustee Nameeta Dargani, and Breath and Sound Therapy Instructor, Ruth Owen.

    The event is a two-hour session of yoga, breathing techniques and meditation, happening simultaneously in Manila and Cagayan de Oro. Art of Living hopes to use yoga as a launch pad, keeping in mind the initiative to spread the message of peace from Manila to Mindanao and Mindanao to Manila.

    The Art of Living is a humanitarian organization that aims to contribute to society by strengthening the holistic values of individuals.
