One of Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s flagship restaurant, Cucina, continues to innovate and give its guest a breathtaking dining experience. To further sharpen its exquisite menu, the team welcomes its new Chef De Cuisine, Giuseppe Rivoli.
Hailed from the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, Italy, Chef Giuseppe boasts of an extensive culinary background, with his career spanning over a decade and with experience in London, Italy, Singapore, Indonesia, and other parts of Asia. Chef Giuseppe takes inspiration from his many travels and specializes in Italian and Asian Cuisines. He was recently part of Trattoria Italia Restaurant in Singapore as Executive Chef to its 11 outlets around Asia. Chef de Partie in Grill section at Nobu Restaurant London.
Chef Giuseppe portrays Cucina’s cuisine in a contemporary and refined ways. On weekdays, guests can succumb to new dishes such as Beet Cured Salmon with Crème Fraiche, Ossobucco ala Milanese with Soft Yellow Polenta, and Beef Cheek Couscous and Grilled Vegetable. Weekends becomes a special treat in offerings such as Italian Porchetta Stuffed with Sun Dry Tomato and Black Olive Pate, Baked Salted Fish with Chef Giuseppe’s Special Sauce, and Wild Mushroom Risotto.

Cucina is Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s all-day dining restaurant and is open daily for lunch from 12:00 NN to 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
