The Ultimate Taste Test 14: Food Critic for a Day
With man’s constant pursuit of hap-tummy-ness, we always find ways to the newest restaurant in town, the best lunch buffet or the latest blend of coffee from Starbucks.
Last Saturday, Power Plant Mall with Our Awesome Planet and San Miguel Lifestyle Brews united all foodies to this annual food event called The Ultimate Taste Test. Bringing 50+ of the newest food suppliers around the Metro to share with us their specialties.
In this age of social media popularity the Philippines, small scale businesses have evolved a more economical way of doing business – welcome to the world of Online Retail. Most businessmen and women find this the best way to start a small scale business. Our Awesome Planet’s main man Mr. Anton Diaz, an advocate of online marketing, is the brain behind the yearly event The Ultimate Taste Test. The idea is for everyone to become food critics for a day and help the organizer identify the best among all 50 participants.
Food critics are to rate the food samples from a scale of 1 to 5. Top 3 Winners of the Ultimate Taste 2014 will get a cash bonus prize to support their food venture:

2nd RUNNER UP: P5, 000 and

Experience taught us that “change is the only thing constant in this world”. My mother’s kitchen taught me that ‘’Love for Food’’ holds the top spot. Who can resist a mouth-watering baby back ribs or an inviting sight of mango bravo cake? Most people on a diet ended up saying that ‘’diet starts tomorrow’’.
It was worth the time and I look forward to UTT2015!
