For gatherings, its Sala 4 offers semi-private seating for around 10 to 14 guests, while larger groups may also book the venue privately.
La Cabrera
Buenos Aires steakhouse La Cabrera brings its celebrated Argentine grilling tradition to Shangri-La Plaza.
The restaurant has earned international recognition, including multiple appearances on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list. In Manila, its local culinary team follows the style of its Buenos Aires counterpart, highlighting traditional Argentine grilling and distinctive cuts of beef.
Its steak selection includes the Chuleton con Hueso Argentino, an Argentine-style bone-in ribeye; Asado del Centro made with beef short ribs; and Entraña, or skirt steak.

Each steak also comes with around 10 complimentary sides and sauces, turning a simple steak order into a generous Argentine-style spread. La Cabrera also operates its original Philippine branch in Makati.
Terry’s
With more than 27 years of history, Terry’s at The Podium brings together Spanish and European dining with a specialty selection of wines, cheeses, charcuterie, and imported ingredients.
The restaurant is officially certified under Restaurants from Spain and offers Spanish and French wines at retail prices, making it a convenient destination for diners who would also like to bring home a bottle or specialty product.
On the menu, guests may find the Super Paella Parellada, the Perfect Salmon made with Norwegian salmon, and the Angulas al Ajillo.

Its first floor and mezzanine may also be reserved for private functions. Long familiar to Japanese diners and frequently chosen for business meals, Terry’s remains one of Ortigas’ established addresses for Spanish and European fare.
Ortigas may be best known as a commercial and business center, but its dining scene gives plenty of reasons to stay beyond office hours. From steaks overlooking the skyline and Italian comfort food to Argentine grilling and Spanish favorites, these establishments offer a taste of what makes the district worth rediscovering.
