  • This October, whisky enthusiasts and fine dining aficionados are invited to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey as Yamazato, the authentic Japanese restaurant of Hotel Okura Manila, presents The Dalmore Master Series, available exclusively during Yamazato’s dinner service, from October 22 to 23, 2025.

    Guests will indulge in a 7-Course Japanese Tasting Menu, meticulously crafted by Yamazato’s esteemed Japanese Sushi Chef Ikuma Sato to complement each exquisite pour from The Dalmore, one of Scotland’s most revered single malt whisky houses. This refined pairing experience celebrates the art of balance and harmony, hallmarks of both Japanese cuisine and The Dalmore’s craftsmanship.

    The curated whisky lineup includes the Dalmore 12, Dalmore 12 Sherry Cask, Dalmore Port Wood Reserve, Dalmore 15, Dalmore King Alexander III, and the Dalmore 18 (2024 Release). Each label, distinct in character and complexity, is matched with a corresponding dish designed to elevate its notes of richness, spice, and depth.

    The exclusive event begins with the whisky pairing at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner service until 9:00 p.m. Priced at Php 6,500++ (Php 7,128.53 nett per person), the intimate affair is limited to only six seats per night, ensuring a personalized and immersive tasting experience.
