  • International Dance Day Fest returns from April 22 to 26, 2026, marking its third year at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati. The annual festival gathers local and international dance companies for a focused, weeklong celebration of movement and performance.

    Spanning multiple genres—from folk and street dance to ballet and contemporary—the festival presents a diverse program that brings artists and audiences together on one stage. The theater continues to serve as a venue for large-scale artistic productions, reinforcing Makati’s role as a key destination for performing arts.

    The festival opens on April 22 with the Opening Gala, featuring the acclaimed American Ballet Theatre Studio Company, with special guest appearances by ABT Principal Dancers Thomas Forster and Christine Shevchenko.

    The festival continues with themed performances highlighting diverse dance genres:

    • April 23 – Folk Dance Gala
    • April 24 – Street Dance Gala
    • April 25 – Ballet Gala
    • April 26 – Contemporary Gala

    Each gala highlights a distinct dance style, offering audiences a comprehensive showcase of traditional and modern forms.
