TOYCON Nexus 2026 Brings Together Collectors, Anime Fans, Gamers, and Cosplayers This June
The biggest pop-culture celebration in Southeast Asia is making its grand return as TOYCON Philippines marks its 23rd year with TOYCON Nexus, happening from June 12 to 14, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center Manila. This year’s theme, “Nexus,” highlights the powerful connection between different fandoms and communities, bringing together toy collectors, anime fans, gamers, cosplayers, artists, and pop-culture enthusiasts in one massive celebration.

With the call of “All Fandoms, One TOYCON,” TOYCON Nexus is set to transform SMX Manila into a vibrant meeting place for fans of all ages. From exclusive collectibles and toy displays to live appearances, competitions, tournaments, and interactive activities, the event continues TOYCON Philippines’ legacy as a major platform for pop culture, creativity, and fandom in the region.
This year’s guest lineup adds even more excitement to the celebration. Announced special guests include Japanese idol group Melty x Mellow, Reiko Chiba, widely recognized as the Pink Ptera Ranger from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, and Yoshitaka Amano, the legendary Japanese artist known for his work as character designer for the Final Fantasy series, Vampire Hunter D, and The Sandman: The Dream Hunters.

Fans can also look forward to the event’s action-packed Battlegrounds area, which will feature tournaments and activities for Pokémon TCG, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, Just Dance, and more. Cosplayers will have their own spotlight through the TOYCON COSKON cosplay contest, while photography enthusiasts can join the toy and cosplay photography contest.

Collectors will not want to miss the massive Toy Gallery, where toy groups from across the Philippines will showcase their prized collections. Meanwhile, the dealer floor is expected to be a major destination for enthusiasts, typically featuring more than 400 exhibitors offering exclusive merchandise, limited-edition collectibles, toys, art pieces, and other fandom finds.
