  • The Philippine Book Festival  2026 will take place from March 12 to 15 at Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall, bringing together Filipino authors, publishers, illustrators, educators, and book lovers for a vibrant celebration of Philippine literature and creativity. Admission to the event is free and visitors are encouraged to register in advance at https://bit.ly/PBF2026Registration to secure their entry.

    This year’s festival will feature 107 official exhibitors selected from 142 applicants, each contributing to an exciting and diverse book experience. It also highlights the richness of Filipino-authored books, giving visitors the opportunity to browse and purchase titles across various genres, including fiction, poetry, children’s literature, comics, and educational materials.

    Beyond book browsing, the Philippine Book Festival offers a variety of engaging activities that make the event more than just a typical book fair. Visitors may attend author talks, workshops, meet-and-greet sessions, book signings, and exhibitions, where they can learn more about the creative process behind the stories they love.

    The event will also feature musical and literary performances, contests, and special cultural programs that highlight Filipino creativity. One of the unique highlights of the festival is the walking tours with National Artists, offering visitors the chance to explore Philippine literature and art through guided cultural experiences.
