Happening from July 15 to August 30, 2025, this limited-time event offers diners an immersive buffet experience led by Chef Naohiko Onda of The Peninsula Tokyo.

The Flavours of Japan buffet highlights a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, showcasing the essence of seasonality, balance, and understated elegance that define authentic Japanese cooking. From fresh sushi and sashimi to expertly prepared dishes that highlight regional flavors and time-honored techniques, guests can savor a diverse array of offerings crafted with precision and care.
Guests can choose from three exquisite dining experiences:

Lunch (12:00 nn to 2:30 pm): Php 3,000 for adults and Php 1,500 for children under 12

Sunday Brunch (12:00 nn to 3:00 pm): Php 4,100 for adults and Php 2,050 for children under 12

Dinner (6:30 pm to 10:30 pm): Php 3,400 for adults and Php 1,700 for children under 12
All prices are inclusive of VAT but subject to a 10% service charge and applicable government taxes.
